The onboarding hours included in your plan is intended for you to use in training or orienting your dedicated VA on her task responsibilities. You can do the training in various ways. We give you the flexibility to decide how you will use the free onboarding hours.

We provide an automated time tracker to your dedicated VA where you will also get real-time access to your VA’s working hours. In addition to the time tracker, you can request a task tracker sheet where your VA will plot her total working hours for that day and the tasks she accomplished.

We will bill the monthly subscription fee using the PayPal method or bank transfer. Your first payment will be after signing up for one of our VA plans. You will receive an email from our billing department regarding your Invoice and payment process.
