We are also committed to empowering aspiring Filipino VAs who are economically limited to start their VA careers and those who do not know where and how to kick-start their journey. We are committed to providing them with training, guidance, and a platform to begin their VA careers with confidence. Ultimately, we are excited to be part of their thriving VA careers.

Our impact transcends the VA community. Our advocacy knows no limits – we aim to foster and bolster the broader community. In our simple ways, with the support of our VAs and clients, we help it thrive and strengthen its resilience in the face of obstacles, problems, or changes that may arise in the world.

LEONEXUS VA Scholarship Program - Onsite Internship

Many aspiring young Filipinos desire to start their VA careers; however, financial constraints often hinder their access to career opportunities. Others have limited access to internet connectivity, even to computers.

To help them break free from the constraints of economic limitations, we launched the scholarship program in May 2023 with our first three (3) qualified scholars.

The program not only provides free valuable online and on-the-job training but also grants the scholars the privilege of using company equipment and internet connectivity, all at no cost.

Through this initiative, the scholars should gain skills and job prospects that would open doors for them towards a reliable income stream. This opportunity would allow them to finally invest in their equipment and internet connectivity, giving them a golden chance to start their work-from-home journey as Virtual Assistants with enhanced confidence.

LEONEXUS VA Train-to-Work Program

We recognize the immense potential and ambitions of many individuals here in the Philippines. Many are aspiring and very eager to commence their VA careers; however, they may be grappling with uncertainty about how and where to begin.

Our Train-to-Work program gives aspirants, regardless of age, a clear pathway to kick start their thriving VA careers. We provide free training to help them gain and develop the needed skills. Following that, we match them with incredible clients who need their skills and overall qualifications.

This 6-8 week program has helped numbers of Filipinos all over the Philippines grow economically and professionally since 2018.

We’ve welcomed anyone regardless of their background. There were seasoned professionals seeking new opportunities to talented young minds taking their first steps in the virtual world.

This initiative is more than just training. It has become a bridge to making dreams into reality. It is about turning potential into proficiency, ambition into action, and dreams into tangible achievements.

Nothing beats the feeling of success seeing our trainees thrive in their careers as top-performing Virtual Assistants wherever their journey brings them.
