Almost every success story begins with a desire to provide for the people we love. Ours began with the vision of a woman who learned the value of hard work by working hard. Armed with acquired skills from years of working in a Business Process Outsourcing company as a frontline agent, and as a freelance Virtual Assistant for 10 years, she started her own VA company. Leonorzen began reaching out her hand to others who are equally persevering and dedicated as she is.
Leonexus Virtual Assistants operates with the goal to provide jobs to many Filipinos. It has always been an all-inclusive dream for every Filipino; regardless of age, stature, locality, and educational attainment. Leonexus Virtual Assistants was founded by an empowered woman who has a strong background in the outsourcing industry. She initially worked in a Business Process Outsourcing company as a frontline agent. She then shifted as a freelance Virtual Assistant for eight years before starting her own VA company. Leonorzen trained and equipped herself with everything needed for her to provide excellent services to her clients. Seeing herself able to provide for her kids, she felt the need to help others, especially those struggling single mothers she knew.
Without hesitation, she helped a friend acquire all the skills needed and got her friend acquainted with a client. And that was the sweet beginning. Our founder’s dream to help more Filipino men and women work from home and still be with family grew bigger and bigger. She helped and trained more and more people.
Officially in 2018, Leonexus Virtual Assistants was established with the dream and goal to provide jobs to many Filipinos.
